The location was magnificent and unbeatable - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Also, Seal Point Park was 1 mile away. Good restaurant served American specialties.

Beds were too hard in this place.

I had a newly remodelled and a nice size room with coffee/tea, desk to work, bathroom. The private parking was onsite, good service.

Excellent experience there. Quiet and beautiful hotel, great restaurant. Well-designed and big room, a shower and a hairdryer in the room. Great and unbeatable location, 20 mins walk to city center.

I had a seating area, iron/ironing board, and a work desk in the impeccably clean and huge room. Private bathroom was large. The location was great and absolutely perfect, for example, Poplar Creek Golf Course was within walking distance of the hotel. Besides, it was just off restaurant, the airport and shopping complex/restaurants, and east across the bay via bridge. Liked this property, had fairly nice experience.

It was a little hotel, nothing too much trouble, strongly recommend. The room assigned on arrival we stayed in was huge and recently renovated. Truly enjoyed the location in the middle of jackson. They offered us delicious meals, had plenty of options to choose from.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very inexperienced.

All good — we appreciated this small hotel — the food was appetising and the staff were nice and compassionate. The room was fairly quiet with 2 queen comfortable beds, desk to work and coffee/tea, had a good night's sleep. Great restaurant provided American dishes.

The value for my money was excellent, with a comfortable room and great amenities. The location was convenient for driving into San Francisco, and the staff treated me with kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

There was nothing to like here, its far away from airport and nothing around the hotel to pass spare time or to go for some shopping even u have to wait for hours for taxi no room service and the area is not safe at all even hotel management has pasted papers or notice in the room to beware of bad people around and dont open door and dont stay out of hotel for late nights etc really disappointed the only plus point was it was very neat and clean nothing else

Marvellous location for trip in San Mateo. Based close enough to shops / restaurants, the terminals and the airport.

Scuttle service to BART station and airport, with friendly and great drivers. Helpful front desk staff and professional assistance. Comfortable room with nice amenities like provided soaps. Hotel handled renovation issues excellently, arranging free stay at adjacent hotel and honoring complimentary breakfast and shuttle. Very comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff, and small refrigerator for groceries.
